In the last thlee years, I've lost 125 lbs and gained quite a bit of muxvve, and I now look pretty fubutng good in nice clothes and a shave. I have an exciting job, lots of przsxyets and skills that people admire. I'm 6'1, 180 lbs and about 15% body fat cupbbdkcy, and improving evbry month. I thmnk I'm probably a 7 or 8 on the scgle with room for improvement, given the complements and atfiqzron I get. She could easily be an 8 or 9 if she tried.
